Our aim is to retain motivated and gifted employees in the long term and to attract new talent. To this end, we have defined four key areas of focus: fostering talent and encouraging professional development, recognising the diversity and achievements of our employees, supporting health projects and minimising workplace accidents.
These aspects are firmly embedded in our HR approach “A company like a friend”, which encourages cordial interaction within the company and with all stakeholders and embraces the values of honesty, openness and trust.

SIMONA is committed to promoting diversity and variety within the company. One focus is on increasing the proportion of women in management positions and technical professions, for example through mandatory job interviews with women for such positions.

We support intercultural exchange within the company through various measures. For example, our managers are assigned to our Leadership Circle, which prepares high-potential employees for specialist and management tasks on the basis of various modules.
